Global social strategy lead:
- Lead the team on developing creative assets that drive awareness and conversion across multiple platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter Snapchat, YouTube and Amazon.
- Develop and manage global brand playbook (including guidelines for global creative adoption)
- Manage global teams to follow brand guidelines as they bring the brand to life across the globe
- Develop and inform POVs on new social innovations and impact on current work
- Work directly with media teams to optimize content based on buying, targeting and relevance
Creative/content strategy:
- Plan and brief social/digital creative and messaging based on client priorities and relevance with innovation and best practices in mind.
- Work with internal planning and creative teams to develop new campaign concepts and executions
Global community management lead:
- Develop and maintain guidelines and FAQs globally for the brand
- Oversee global expansion and manage global teams within the agency network who manage local and regional accounts for the brand
